Re the posts from yesterday about 'warmest Feb'. 2019 will not be the warmest. It will have to go some way to beat the 7.35c from 1998 (Newton Rigg) What was crazy about that month was that it also had both the highest mean min+max on record for Feb' as well - it is rare for this happen.
