Here's my narrative for 2010 for the Parish Mag, for what its worth. Can't compare my first year with my weather station as it is only one year!

2010
This year has been a little cooler than an average year. Only April, June and September were warmer than expected, whereas January, February, November and December were much colder than normal.

The total rainfall for 2010 was 704mm (27.7") which is much drier than the average figure of just over 900mm. Only July, September and November were wetter than normal, whereas January, February, May, June and December were exceptionally dry.
