Further snow yesterday in Alston around 4pm, dusting down to 1000ft - Crossfell looking good

Still large areas of snow on Crossfell, especially Eastern Section, small amount spotted on western ridge on the 1st April

wonder how long it will last this year

Someone I know wlaked up Scafell on Friday and sent me some pictures of snow still up there. I could also see a few patches on Saturday myself on Saturday.

4 small patches left on Crosfell today !

I have been tweeted some photos of snow on Great Dodd aswell, will add the link later

2 small patches left on the 21st May - I think they may be gone now

I wont be able to check until 27th May if anyone travels up the A686 have a look across for me please
