wmb & Paul: With regards to data and the floods.

My folks now report precipitation to the EA with a standard gauge as well as using our Davis for our personal records (the gauge was just started a couple of months back) - get in contact if that's of use - I suppose you'll get that in data Paul gets on the 8th? - but in case not as its a new (change in) location, let me know. Site Name: Shap Village.

(clearly a village then not a town (contrary to Wikipedia...?) but less said about that the better.

Cheers !

Mike

Shap data would be very useful - if they can be sent at months end that would be great ( daily totals )

Honister has the wettest 24hr rainfall record but not the 0900-0900hr record
