MM - mild and windy

Carl - the thought about the Vaisala causing the connectivity issues is worthy of consideration and whilst it, the vaisala, doesn't transmit a signal, it is curious that myself, you and Paul have all had the same issue.
I still think it is probably a time of year type issue, (but then why does it go off during the day as well?) but moving the console nearer to the iss did restore connection, although that is not a long term option for me or indeed any of us.

Mine is OK now, after a good drying day and some sun

If if goes off again, I will certainly ask our rep his views

Windy this morning, easing off now

Found this on the Weatherspares website:

''Battery Life (3-Volt Lithium cell): 8 months without sunlight - greater than 2 years depending on solar charging at installed location''

So we really shouldn't be having problems. Its seems to me to be battery drainage from the ISS from an unknown
source. Been ok this afternoon after a bit of brief sun. See how it goes tomorrow, if it fails again I'll get in touch
with Matthew to rule out the Vaisala/battery.

Fleeting light showers this morning then a brighter afternoon max 8.2c.
